PROFESYONEL PROFİL
Sanayici, yatırımcı ve liman işletmecisi olarak Türkiye’nin Karadeniz bölgesinde liman, lojistik ve dış ticaret alanlarında öncü yatırımlara liderlik etmektedir. RİPORT Rize Limanı’nın modernizasyon sürecinde, bölgesel üretim ve istihdamı artırmaya yönelik projelere öncülük etmiş, sürdürülebilir kalkınma vizyonu ile sektöre yön vermiştir.

1997 – Günümüz
• Özelleştirme sonrası Rize Limanı’nı tamamen yeniden yapılandırdı; idari binalar, depolama alanları, atık alım tesisleri, römorkaj ve kılavuzluk teşkilatını sıfırdan kurdu.
• Günlük operasyon kapasitesini 1.000 tondan 10.000 tona, gemi kabul kapasitesini 2.000 tondan 35.000 tona çıkardı.
• Yeni depolarla 20–25 bin tonluk depolama hacmine ulaştı.
• RİPORT’u bölgesel bir lojistik merkez haline getirerek 25.000 ton tahıl/gübre için modern depolama altyapısı oluşturdu.
• Komşu limanlarla rekabet gücünü artırmak için farklı fiyatlandırma ve indirim stratejileri geliştirdi.
• Üniversitelerde, sektörel panellerde ve medya platformlarında liman ekonomisi ve lojistik kalkınma konularında brifingler verdi.

• TİO belgesine sahip bir forwarder olarak kara, deniz ve lojistik taşımacılığında faaliyet göstermektedir.
• A Tipi Genel Antrepo işletmeciliği, sigorta acenteliği, forwarder ve gemi acenteliği hizmetleri sunmaktadır.
• ÇAYKUR Avrupa Çay ve DİDİ Soğuk Çay markalarının Avrupa satış bayiliklerini yürütmekte, ayrıca ÇAYKUR Türkiye Kuruçay nakliyesini gerçekleştirmektedir.
• Kimyasal ve organik gübre ile Playwood (kontrplak) ithalatı yapmaktadır.

An accomplished industrialist, investor, and port operator leading strategic investments in maritime, logistics, and international trade across the Black Sea region. As Chairman of RİPORT Rize Port, he has spearheaded the modernization and expansion of port operations, driving regional production, employment, and sustainable economic growth.

Rize, 1997 – Present
• Led the complete restructuring of Rize Port after privatization, establishing all key administrative and operational units from scratch, including storage facilities, waste reception systems, pilotage, and towage services.
• Expanded daily cargo handling capacity from 1,000 to 10,000 tons and vessel acceptance capacity from 2,000 to 35,000 tons.
• Constructed new warehouses with a storage volume reaching 20,000–25,000 tons.
• Positioned RİPORT as a regional logistics hub offering modern infrastructure capable of handling 25,000 tons of grain or fertilizer in a single operation.
• Developed competitive pricing and discount strategies to strengthen inter-port competitiveness.
• Regularly delivers briefings and lectures at universities and industry panels on port economics and sustainable logistics development.

• Licensed freight forwarder (TİO certificate holder) engaged in maritime, road, and logistics transportation.
• Operates in bonded warehouse management (Type A), insurance agency, forwarding, and ship agency services.
• Manages European distribution and sales operations for ÇAYKUR Tea and DİDİ Iced Tea brands, including ÇAYKUR’s national Kuruçay logistics operations.
• Active in the import of chemical and organic fertilizers as well as Playwood (plywood) materials.
